This is who helped me:
Jason L Cintron
Customer Service Representative
Xerox Audio Visual Solutions
2501 Davie Road #260
Davie, FL  33317
toll free 888.472.3009
tel 954.472.3009 X 15175
fax 954.473.0205

The projectors have a 1 year guarantee but the bulbs is by hours.  Don't remember how many hours is the limit but you have to get a screen shot of the menu to prove it.

That company sucks and they screwed my school over. There is a tech on the forums that had a similar problem to yours and sent his projector in to be fixed. They lost the projector and have not yet to replaced it. They are very sneaky and love to lie so be careful.

They used to be called Southern Business Communications and now their new name is Xerox Audio Visual Solutions.

If you choose to send in your projector to them make sure to document every email so that you have written proof of everything that was discussed between you and them. Makes notes that include the date/time you talked to them and include everything that was discussed per conversation. Document everything!

Yeah, these guys are the old SBC. I and others have had problems with Jennifer Weaver but she is on maternity leave right now apparently and I dealt with the Jason guy recently. He was prompt and got replacement filters overnighted to me me within a couple days so maybe now is the best time to deal with them?

I have gotten 2 bulbs replaced without a hitch through him.  They sent me the bulbs in advance and I had to pay for the return shipping of the bad bulb.

That's me. They sent our projector to the wrong school and we are still waiting for our replacement, a whole year later.
