Heat

I just started to use heat after the training and now in the process of getting people to use the system. The problem is, Heat has been down so often that it complicates my life. Once i get a user to start using it and they cant log in becaue its down, it throws me back 3 steps and discourages its use.

Is this a temporary thing, or wiil i deal with this issue forever?

It should only be temporary, I've had those problems myself.
