Exchange System
Microsoft Corporation
Version: 6.5.7226.0

I'm having problems with my wife's mail server, it pushes out to her blackberry but it doesn't keep a record of what's been replied too. It's been a lng time since I played with exchange, before Exchange 2000 at least, which was before Blackberry really took off I believe. Before I shell out $250.00 to M$ for fee based support of their friggen product I thought I'd ask here among those of us still left in the system.
Any ideas?

For you to keep track of blackberry sent messages you must have install a BES server. Either Enterprise or Professional. It will not work with BIS. The mail server has nothing to do with messages from your blackberry handheld unless being sync with exchange.

Hope this helps if you need more just let me know.

It is also problematic with the iPhone. OWA is not working. We're being told it's a issue with Active Directory and we need to wipe out the server and rebuild it. That was what M$ said after a $250.00 phone call.
Whatever the problem is, it's not allowing phone calls to be made from within the main program she and her partner use called Time Matters. It's hard to articulate the exact issue when the problem is described to me as "Exchange isn't doing what we bought it to do"...
Lexis-Nexis is the publisher of Time Matters, a legal PIM and Time & Billing program that hooks into Outlook and Exchange. They point a finger to Microsoft and M$ points the finger at them.

I convinced my wife to hire someone who specializes in Outlook, Exchange and Blackberry issues. It's better for our marriage that way...
